I have managed to recreate my issue in singleplayer with only this mod and its workshop dependencies

1. Create a new save (I did apocalypse on default settings)
2. Set the enabled mods to be Windows 11 Chan, Koikatsu Sunshine Exporting, and Anime Shader
3. Choose a spawn location (I chose West Point)
4. Select the occupation
5. Add traits to get a positive number of points (I did Very Underweight and Thin-Skinned)
6. Load into the game with any character (I used my own saved character)
7. You will spawn in with all of the intended items
8. Die
9. Repeat steps 3-6
10. You will not spawn with any occupation-specific items

This is happening on build 41.78.16

I did more testing, and the item issue appears to be related to multiplayer. Running the exact same mods in singleplayer, the items are added to my inventory just fine

B42现在还是不稳定版啊，老兄，官方改来改去的东西一大堆。服装这块还好，主要是模组武器这块B42改动很大，就算我更新了B42但指不定哪天小浣熊抽风又导致没法用了。所以我还是决定等着稳定版出来了再更新

并不是，是因为代码上决定了在每个存档中，只有一次机会来给玩家分发服装以及装备，也就是分发物品代码每个存档只会运行一次。玩家重生是无法获取新服装以及装备的。今天也有另外的玩家向我反馈了衣物破损的情况，我会在下个Project Anime人物喵可莉推出后更新一个配方，让玩家可以使用角色收集卡片以及碎布条制作出新的服装。我会尽量在本周内更新新模组以及修复此问题。

Negative. The code determines that in each archive, there is only one chance to distribute clothes and equipment to players, that is, the distribution code will only run once in each archive. Players cannot get new clothes and equipment after rebirth. Today, another player also reported to me that the clothes were damaged. There's no other common ways to acquire a new set of suit. If your tailoring skill has reached to 8 you can use ripped sheets, needle and thread to repair clothes. Or if you don't mind you can use cheat mod or debug mode to spawn a new set of clothes.

Can I ask if the clothes break. How can i get the clothes back again?

Ok I guess you used cheat mod or debug mode to spawn item. You must have "The Last Salvation" trait to unlock recharging and ammo making recipes.

another good mod as usual,though it say here that the pistol can be repaired with battery but i cant seem to find how to,also is there a way to get more ammo ?

Yes, almost all "Project Anime" mods use modified Koikatsu model.
