This is amazing, and absolutely perfect for sandbox mode. By any chance, if you are still modding, will you add habitats for the latest available DLC animals?

Thank you so much! Exactly what I was looking for! Finally without DLCs, without animals, but with space for buildings and decorations, additional space for more animals and the opportunity to add my own creativity.
