the 20% speed was not necessary is what i was trying to explain for gods sake.

because the vehicle is faster.
you dont need the clothing to have movement speed boosts because vehicles fill that space the reason why i asked for the speed to be reduced is because its commically fast and you basically run head first into a bear, meanwhile behicles can run over said bear.
