If you all need to use this mod and other mods in 1.5 just play the game in 1.5 by going to the game's properties and changing the version. of course this means you miss out on 1.6 content, but it also means you can continue playing outdated versions and wait while your mods update to 1.6 and become backwards compatible for 1.5 and 1.6 (sometimes).

TY for this mod btw, I've been in need of a mod that does exactly this feature without universal contingencies.

Looks great. Does it also contain new drugs (hormones) and an addiction to them? Would be cool if there was a very low chance to detransition for pawns too (after a personal breakdown or tantrum).

@maxine some mods do allow it and if you have biotech I think alpha genes not only give you more injector options but genes to force a pawn to be male or female.

This is so awesome! I've been looking for a mod like this FOREVER and have hated that i could only have pawns like this with custom storytelling instead of it actually being a game feature!

Gender switching is very powerful for the machine's mind suppressor
After all, this will cause the gender-specific mind suppression effect to only affect enemies (-50% awareness)
I wonder if RJW can do this? Or is it only possible with an editor?

Hey, I wanted to say I love this mod, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be actually effecting pregnancy, which might not be this mod, but currently in my runs, the only thing that seems matters to the game is if the pawn is listed as 'female', ignoring the 'can get pregnant' hediff it seems. Not sure if you'll ever come back to this, but I hope you'll do an update some day in the future.

I was dared to use this mod by a friend, and it surprisingly wasn't that bad.
I did however do a christian themed run for my time playing this mod, using the common rimworld theme of 'everybody's dying me included'
I hope to see more mods from you, and to have this one continue to get updated so I can continue streaking across the world like an errant stream of piss killing as many of them as possible.

I need some help. I see that it's been said that the mod is *safe* for mid game, but is it possible to make it actually work for midgame? I added the mod, then went back to my colony. But none of them have any gender health things. Is there something I am missing?

I mean sure, trans doesn't mean you have to use blockers but an option for "% can sire but the rest is sterile" would be nice.

hi, i was playing a colony with your mod and i think i experienced a bug?

a transfemme got a transmasc pregnant and they had a baby and then the transmasc that had had the first baby got the transfemme pregnant with a second baby
