Save the game and come back to your longhouse (but leave the area far enought to the point where game has to load the city).
I say all this because I realize, looking back, that my last post might have come off in a way I didn't mean it too. I appreciate CATO, and you looking into it when ever you have time.
This happens all the time, as I remember even table on these lines bugs this building (particularly left side).
I did build stuff on the line, but It's a design I have used in almost every playthrough I make. screenshot This is the first time it's ever done this, and it seems to only happen after I leave, go play for a while, and come back. If I save a relaunch the game, it's fixed until I wander out again. I even tried leaving people on that side to leave it loaded in. After a while if they move they get pushed outside behind the building.

Try leaving your game paused for 5-10 minutes in this area and see if performance improves, otherwise i have no clue what happened.
