Did you unpack the LUA file? Once you unpack, you place the textures in your game files.

So if you unzipped the files, place them in the appropriate hierarchy. If you are also missing some textures, this does require CSS.

@PRO master, just install the pack and decompile it. Take the resources out and put it in the Half Life 2 folder and use the HL2 hammer. You will see the Minecraft textures and can make maps.

This is supposed to download Minecraft textures.
