Can do, but you can also repackage all of this into your own mod without it, if you'd like. It's all separate pbo's.

Would it be possible for you to keep the military gear pack aceax separate as it conflicts with simpel's milgp retextures aceax?

Hmm, maybe sometime in the future, those mods seem really big with the amount of items and looking into them, I'd have to make an entire separate mod for them as I don't think it'd be possible to make a soft compat. Not entirely sure.
