Would love to just have improved colors without tiny icons. The idea is great, but unfortunately the game doesn't provide good enough readability of small stuff.

DEI modifies the database to change building and skill trees and traits. It would require a completely different set of icons (an entirely separate mod). So 'no' this cannot be fully compatible with DEI.

33'_Division_Charlemagne, My icons are not an overhaul, just slightly modified. The vanilla game icon colors do not represent the income type they provide, they are colored based on building type.

I have kept the style of the vanilla icons (my versions are brighter in color) but have modified them to have the background color represent the income type, the triangles show buffs they provide, and also show if the building affects public order or research speed.

This allows for at-a-glance view of the income-buff synergies and what your public order affects are.

I have got "Emperor edition 2.4.0" .. your icons are ALREADY in the game! Same colours, roman numbers .. the ONLI difference is those little triangle on top left icona .. these are missing, just these.

I can't believe people are still using this. I can not make it compatible with other mods that modify the building data base.

I am still here. I appreciate the support. Unfortunatly I have not been able to keep up with the new content and changes. With the continued support for the game it might make sense to do another release of this mod, but with so many "flavors" of Rome 2 installs, mods, and even the different campaigns, it's near impossible for one man to capture everything accuratly. It would be nice to extend this mod to other titles such as Attila or TOB as well. If I can manage a more streamlined procees and possibly automate some of the work then this would be a possibility. I enjoy doing it and am glad for the reception but it is frankly very difficult to keep up with (considering I also want to play games in my free time).
