The Man In Red is right. Additionally, it's also just asthetically better for Left 4 Dead. Think about it. Glowing blue and white are not colors heavily used and thus stand out better. Red is one of the heaviest colors used, because this is a gory first person shooter. It creates contrast.

This has got to be the perfect and most fitting replacement for the healthpack! I love this add-on, not only because it's an Optican MediGel healthpack from Halo 3, but also because it adds a lot more realism to the healthpack from the Left 4 Dead franchise, since that healthpack does not look like it has the technology to heal people that quickly, like the ones from the Halo franchise do.

This med kit looks amazing and I disagree with Nefnoj about making this into a pill, it would be out of place.
It would be cool if you make something of your own for a Halo like pills.

I agree swallowing medigel wouldn't look good maybe adrenaline would look better idk i can't think of any other health items in halo besides a regeneration field thingy maybe you could work on grenades and molotovs next but thats not up to me anyway love the playermodels and guns too i find it to fit perfectly with the Deluxe Halo hud addon and the halo flood addons i don't remember their authors totally took left 4 dead and made it into halo 4 dead
