I think it works as a multi-class. Spy and Heavy already have a fez cosmetic.

Maybe having a 2nd optional style with a print of an eye instead of an actual eye could work

i kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinda wish it wasn't a reeeeeal eye, if it has jiggles then it would make up for it, but very cool!
