Updated with newest version of SFO, tidied up some things and removed some entities that shouldn't have been included

Added in nerfs to hero/lord (non-unique) skill corruption gain

For example Tzeentch "Spread Corruption" on a cultist is normally:
Lvl 1 +2
Lvl 2 +4
Lvl 3 +6 corruption

Now its:
Lvl 1 +1
Lvl 2 +2
Lvl 3 +3 Corruption

I love how this makes my game more difficult and prevents me from getting 100 corruption after a few turns of taking a region.

It makes the mechanic more meaningful.
