Any change to make that "first shot", while weapon still up, not happen?

You know, I had a fella named Zango (you may have met him in the ED server, Webknight) who as a proof of concept got a gun to accept ACE's [CSW] ammo packs for .50 caliber ammo. It works beautifully.
Right now it's just some cfg meddling to make an M1919 from Free World Armory shoot .50 cal, but I dream of a mod that will add a full and proper carry able Browning M2 like some mad lad out of Syria.
PS I found a cool but addmittedly niche use - I've added the Tommy Gun from SOG to the list of weapons and was hip-firing it 1930s mafia style :D
