Downloaded. Didn't come up in Mods when I opened the game. Checked the folder, and the folder is there, but there are no files in the folder.

Off topic. Can you make a hex mode like there was in civ5 so AI don't build cities like hell. Now there need to be 3 hex between. need a mod that make it 5 :) and up ;)

Look in your Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth/MODS and see if you have a file named "Abstergo Industries: Pirate Division.CivBEmod"

Sometimes Steam will download the mod, but fail to unpack it, let me know
