the stickers can easily be used as "group_stickers" since they don't change shape bw teams.
so this is 1,000% possible.

Team colored stickers are in fact possible it TF2. But it requires editing warpaint code (which is what has been done here I believe).

Keep in mind team coloured stickers ARE NOT possible in tf2 yet. But I'm personally ok with small stickers like this being random chance.
