my main PC's PSU died right before 4.0, so i didn't have time to update my mods. i'll look into it and update them after replacement PSU arrives.
That said I don't particularly mind the mod giving them some bonus, I was just bring to your attention the possible balancing issue.
From what I can see roboticists already have a higher base pop assembly, 2 vs 1 on replicators. also the tradition seems to be +1 for roboticist but +0.5 for replicators. This means that each replicator makes 1.5 pop but each roboticist makes 3. Assuming there is 8 replicators in a planet (including the machine world bonus), that's 24 pop per cycle. Assuming that there is 5 roboticists (wiki seems a bit out of date so there may be more) that's already 25 pop assembly, with your bonus it would be 30, meaning the gestalt would get a +5 but regular machines would only get 1.5. On top of that we have possible assembly bonus from multiple sources which will only bring the individualistic to even higher bonus over the gestalts.
