To confirm this, JFD lost one of his mods, particularly the Hitler mod. It is no longer in his list of civs as of last year I'm afraid.

Aside from that, all of his mods are currently out of date as well.

why more civ mods if your core mod are abandoned?

very powerful civ. not sure if this is intentional, but building honfours early in the BC eras can result in city populations easily reaching 20+, making you snowball very quickly if you can manage your happiness efficiently. this combined with faith output contributing to the production of military buildings makes Haiti pretty unstoppable, at least for a human, haven't played against AI Doc yet.
