Servus! I already looked into it and it definitely isn't hard to do. My only problem with it is that units that don't normally have throwables (palatina guards for example) won't actually hold anything when throwing their missile. The missile model appears after their throwing animation is over.

I did a bit of research and in order to make the throwables visible in their hands I have to give them the throwable model in their variant mesh definitions. But, that means it won't be compatible with reskins.

My humble opinion if you're willing to do a Roman missile mod

Limitanei,Comitatensis spears,Western Auxilia,Eastern Auxilia,Lanciarii Seniores:

[Melee infantry]
Cohort: ammo+1

Legio, Legio Comitatensis:ammo+2

If there is no other mod that does that already, I will see what I can do.

Darn I really loved these Roman mods, are you interested in making Roman infantry having more missile fire?
(Such as sword infantry have at least 4 plumbata, spear infantry can throw 2 javelins)
