It looks somewhat squished up and flattish, plus the grip orbits outside of the hands of Vanilla PMs.

Also I realized by what I meant by "smaller", I meant to remove the unnaturally extended section between the grip and magazine, never noticed that until now.

(Also this is an SMG, not a rifle, the damage should be cut down to likely 12 max damage and for it to have steeper damage falloff)

Also the weapon could afford to be shrunk in third person and changed to use the rifle holdtype.

The sound isn't 1 to 1 with Half Life: Alyx

Also this is the Grunt version of the SMG, and the Reload animation could use a re-do.
