if you are using "Architect Icons" - try to enable "disable particles" in "RimThemes mod setting" (Options > Mod options > RimThemes), it should help

One thing i noticed with this mod is that although the UI and etc is clean while searching for buildings it is hard to see the tiny vampire logo light up especially if you have many mods that adds more structures to build etc.
