I do have templates to make it work without CE (most of can tbh) but I really can't come up with stat values for them as I haven't really played without CE in years. If someone can send me stat values for the armor (along with offsets, if there's any) I'd be happy to include them, along with credit to whoever came up with the stats.

Even more now that Im also planning to release Cyborg faction by september or by liberty day. Most of them would have CE requirement removed, though the stats are... yeah. I half-assed most of them

Okay, after a bit of testing, it seems like your mod...just simply doesn't work for me. I am not sure why yet, but your mod doesn't appear to load in correctly, so I can't use it. Does anyone else have this issue or is it, as people say, a skill issue on my end?

I didnt delete anything, you posted your comment on a different mod.
The problem might be because of its layers, it occupies Middle,Outer/Shell, and Webbing (one used by tacvests)

Since it seems like my comment just vanished: Is it a bug or meant to happen that you can't Prepare Carefully the armor onto your starting pawns?

@kotoloh, Im still waiting for a democratic patriot who can give proper stats w/out CE. Otherwise you'll get recon armor stats because I'm lazy to make up numbers.
