Can the Sin's Dragon Tamer Laws submod be disabled??

How come none of the submods work?

This mod is really good, bit laggy for my pc but really good.

The fact that a lot of Wildlings don't get the Wildling trait makes playing anything north of the wall very obnoxious. Having your Wildling subjects and allies have a -50 penalty towards you because you're a Wildling is both annoying and rather immersion breaking. Any chance that could be fixed?

@Orphan2a This one only includes the dragon submod, so no bloodlines or any other submod you can get on the man mod page.

@cowboy76765 This is supposed to provide a vanilla AGOT 2.2 experience including only the Dragon Tamer Laws submod by Sin.

@SilverLilac Sadly, I have been unable to make any of the more expansive submods work with this packaging. I am here talking about CBBT, More Bloodlines and the likes. Minor mods such as "Westeros Only" seem to work fine however.

@RepealThe19th I would not in any way claim that this version ought to replace the original. In fact, most of the bugs fixed seemed to be a consequence of the installation via Steam Workshop - counties were not being loaded in correctly, events were not firing as they should, crown laws were stuck etc. I encountered none of these when I used the official mod. Besides, I recall only fixing some minor grammatical issues tied to some events.

As stated, the main objective of this upload was to have *something* compatible with SW. It definitely isn't perfect, and I invite anyone to give it a go and see if they can provide a more functional packaging. I am a modding neanderthal, so surely this is possible.

Does this mod go against the other AGOT mod and their sub mods? What is the compatibility like? I've had trouble getting normal mods working with this one before/

So, which bugs exactly were fixed and are they major enough to make one download this instead of the official mod?
