No, the only way to edit them is to extract the gma file of this addon, place the extracted folder in the gmod "addons" folder, and then edit the NPCs through the lua files.

people might like the look of 2D sprites, not sure about the 3D SNPC's.
I'd let the mod stay as it is, since it's pretty good imo.
The 3D mod could be later this year, if i do find Changed 3D models, and if i really want to continue modding, or if i really want to make a mod about that (which currently, school is the first thing im focusing on).
