The light grey prefab building with the black roof in the top left of the picture uses vanilla pre-made parts, rest of the buildings uses the "Make your own farm "mod. Without it, the textures will be screwed up, but the mod will still work.

What does this use from 'Make your own farm?' Will it not work without it?
