Greg, the color barrier is a toggle under League Setting>Rules. , left-hand side about 2/3 down the screen. The game will create the 1911 expansion teams on its own. We've pulled the 1961/62 expansion back in time by changing the Teams.csv file. Also, in the game, we created a folder called documents where there is a pdf manual to assist with things like best setting for the expansion draft and other notes.

I don't see the color barrier or easy expansion (for 1911) in the start.

When installing this mod through the workshop, you can skip pg 3 of the user guide. Once you subscribe and download the mod, make sure you Open OOTP 25 and then go to Workshop Central to actually have the game install this mod.

Consider subscribing to the No WWII mod, Restore WWII mod, and the three era ballparks mods. You can then toggle these options on or off by reinstalling and overwriting them from Workshop Central in the game.
