@DXNTZLXCK don't forget to check what "alltalk mode" is setted on your server with ulx menu, then "proximity_enabled 1" (its defaultly 1), addont contain only 4 commands that people can change, check "proximity_" and change every setting for yourself.

It seems like gmod does this by default to make sure you hear the players better not the sounds. I don't know how to prevent gmod from doing it, but if i'll find something i'm gonna make a fix.

i'm pretty sure that this addon applies distance-based voice volume ON TOP of gmod's built-in 3d voice thing (controlled by PlayerCanHearPlayersVoice second return var), resulting in players being quieter than intended
