I mention HL1 because the RPG at the end of C14_m2 looks like the RPG model from HL1.

Highly unlikely. This map is released as 'addon' of HL2 on ModDB, and compiled for HL2. It can't use HL1 weapons at all, because there are no HL1 weapon data in HL2 FGD.

Also, that can't explain why HL2 pistol also missing texture, because in HL1, pistol's class name is 'weapon_9mmhandgun' or 'weapon_glock', but in HL2, pistol's class name is 'weapon_pistol'.

Chances are the mod might have used the HL1 weapons which would explain the weapons having missing textures.

There was going to be a continuation of this mod, but since the original author was last active very long ago, it has been stalled (and implicitly, silently cancelled).

Is there a requirement for the weapons? Crowbar is an error.
