My goal was to make them more valuable instead of finding like 6 of the same projectile on most wands.
I could maybe tinker with the rng for pedestals, but I don't want to mess with too much/break mod compatibility in the process.
there's no point on going through an entire area without finding any wands just for you to go inside the holy mountain and find 5 add manas
I changed the wand generation to make modifiers come before projectiles
projectiles now usually show up in the amount the wand can cast (along with multicasts)
adding some rng to occasionally give "other/material" type spells
among other stuff. As it is rn this is like day 3 of the mod being out so I'm slowly working on how to word it, and the general look of this place lol. (art is not my forte so to speak)
