As the for the description, all I've got is two things it reminds me of: the NEI/JEI mod for Minecraft and Satisfactory calculator (and their many variants). A tool that calculates exact needs of components for blocks. Or like an external build queue (but only for calculating unless paired with an inventory script). Now, one could that the description already implies these things, and they would be right. I am sometimes just quicker to do than to think. Anyway, hope that helps.
