Looks nice and sounds great

The only way to balance that while still keeping the balance of the spy in tact it is to make it stick where it lands, force you to uncloak to fetch it, and instead of killing on a throw to the back, it slows and makes it obvious to the victum. And then leaves you having to go shov it in again and finish them to get it back. And probably making the sucessful throw that stuns AND/OR the actual kill, VERY LOUD. Perhaps a smaller angle that counts as a stun and if it hits an enemy anywhere that's not a stun, a REALLY long recharge instead of just picking it up by walking into them. Perhaps instead of stunning or slowing it stays in their back waiting until you actually finish the job but it should leave you either without a knife or with one for a second target to "mark" and tell them instantly not to let you near.

Honestly. Unless valve really likes these ideas you can all forget about it going in game
