Best unusual I've seen this whole year, It's rooted in the game and it's just the right amount of flashiness. If they don't add it this update I really hope they add it in another.

there's no overheal particles nor does it change the merc's model to a bright glossy jell-o texture like the effects of ubercharge, i think it's hunky dory

Looks good BUT I can see this being a gameplay issue.

I can see this causing players to think an enemy has an uber charge ready or crits waiting or was recently healed or has a healing effect on them.

This would be a paid advantage players would have since it would make people question attacking them.
