Solid mod! I don't personally use it, but I can see how it provides utility. There is however a way this mod could help me.

Feature request:

Dams add +15% local construction speed to a state but are not visible in the construction view. I suggest showing construction speed bonuses per state, or at least showing where dams are located in the construction view.

The updated version is a bit buggy: run command `sp_research_all` and you will find that the speed offsets are wrong, and some buildings like nuclear reactors do not have the speed modifiers.
