I'm pretty busy with developing my own game.. To do tier 4 levels I need to create new buildings and that's more time-consuming than I can afford right now.

I hope you will create mod for Minor settlements. Tier 4 lvl of city. To improve building of some factions. Or make a mod support for other Tier 4 lvl minor.

Colossal upgrade. The mod Three Rows of Building Slots is no longer supported, and this mod now moves on to its own supported mod - Four Building Slots Rows. Please subscribe for your own convenience.
12 minor building slots has also become redundant and integrated into NBS proper.

yes!!! That is definitely the problem, you're not supposed to be using these together!

To make building slots unlocked, you have to edit the buildings and assign available slots to each building, which immediately brings it in conflict with this mod.

However it is so easy to do that I can do it myself, I can make a submod for you if you want.

Well I recommend 3 rows, but it is still not perfect.
Whenever the UI makes it hard to build buildings normally, press 3 and select buildings you want to build.

It still doesn't seem to work for Throgg, I have exactly the outdated 3 row building slots mod listed as a requirement instead of the more modern one by chopchop, it still only had 4 building slots in minor settlements and 8 in the major settlements for Throgg.

So I play as High Elves, and the building rows are covered, so I can’t use all the slots to build something. In the main city, they’re covered by the control panel, and in the small city, they’re covered by the turn panel.

I did some testing, you can see in the newest upload screenshot that the Nuln's Imperial Gunnery school is upgradeable. I was able to construct it, so I don't know what is wrong. When a building is not upgradeable the game typically says.

Yo, so i'm using this mod and the one to expand the buildings to 3 rows and Wissenland & Nuln's Imperial Gunnery school isn't upgradable. The quest requirements dont even show up.

MIXER and NBS have been incompatible for a long time. That is the reason your slots are limited to 8, MIXER does that.

I tested New Norsca and Slaanesh. By Slaanesh Dechala this mod does not work corectly. All her provinces(major and minor) have 6 slots. When you play by Mask all good. May be it because Dechala has special system construction and different buildings.

Dechala's new pleasure palaces can build up to 12 buildings (not including resources, ports or the main settlement building) Currently with this mod there are only 9 free slots at max. Would love some extra slots for her!

I was able to see the new factions in the campaign selection, though I obviously don't own any so I was not able to test them myself. But the normal factions work fine. Chaos campaign also workss.

As i said. I can not see new dlc factions in campaign menu. SO I could test campaign by Dechala, because i can not start. (use just your mod)

The reason it's such a hassle is, it's probably a startpos issue. I think you own one or more of the new faction DLCs. I don't, so for me everything works fine. The mod runs on the startpos that was made before the new factions were released, my guess is the game is trying to find the new factions but fails.

It should be easily fixable. It's just that startpos modding takes a lot of time and effort (mostly because CA modding tools are outdated and not properly supported). I'll have another go tomorrow.

I have an idea of what the problem might be thanks to the data you provided, I was almost able to apply it but CA's mod tool crashed on me after taking 30 minutes to load. Next time I'm gonna try is tomorrow.
