id like 2 express my dissatisfaction with the condition my human was in after using your product to transport my human. I was flabbergasted to discover that the “safe transport box,” which was promised to ensure the protection of my human, arrived damaged (my human was dead). This blatant lie has resulted my human BEING DEAD!, rendering him completely unusable!

The condition of both the packaging and the item does not meet the quality of service promised by you.
