If you don’t mind, I would like to ask one small question. When applying “Beni” from Female Lids, the character shows fine wrinkles under the eyes when the “half_cover_south” texture is rendered. Would it be acceptable for me to modify this detail myself? If so, could you please let me know which file contains the corresponding wrinkle texture?
I cannot handle issues like conflicts, so please disable each MOD one by one yourself to resolve them.
I'll say it again: my MODs only use XML files, and for face MODs, I've only added textures.

If the original Nals' MOD already displays similarly, it's impossible for me to fix it here.
(My MOD only adds textures.)
Since multiple eyes have highlights (brightness) that sparkle more than the original MOD's artwork, those characters' faces might appear conscious.
It's nothing big, but something I noticed is that pawns appear to be conscious when they're technically unconscious. This only happens when they're downed in combat and when they become unconscious due to blood loss or possibly a brain injury.

Those just change vanilla images without any code or XML.

Your "UNAGI ZIBUNYOU BODY" mod has a naming error:
The file PerfectBody_Male_xxxx in Things\Pawn\Humanlike\PerfectBody\
is incorrectly named PerfectBodyMale_xxxx (missing underscore before "Male").
That mod doesn't have a comment section, so I came over here.
It's okay. I made a patch and use it.

If Nals had created such a function, it should be automatically reflected, but if not, there's nothing I can do about it. I don't know anything about programming.

Unrelated to your mod, Is there a framework or mod to adjust pawn head size to more accurately fit some hairs?
I have Anomaly, but I don't really like it and rarely touch it.

I have no problem with it in my environment, but as for the original “[NL] Facial Animation - WIP” 1.6, it is currently a provisional version and should be supported by Mr. Nals.
Please check the original mod.
This mod only adds textures and does not manipulate the original mod's functionality.
(But the number of images is quite large, so it will be heavy depending on PC specs and number of mods.)
I hope you will refrain from making uncertain comments without research, both to Mr. Nals, who created the original FA, and everywhere else, because it is a burden to the mod makers.
I enjoy making mods for rims, but dealing with comments that don't read the instructions or are irresponsible is quite stressful.

You might be able to disable the closed-eye option with the Cherry Picker mod (though I don’t use it myself, so please look up how to do that).
I don’t plan to make major updates to this mod in the future, so if you localize it for your own use and remove the closed-eye Def, it shouldn’t appear in the game.
However, normally, changing the eyelid style should properly reflect in the game.
This mod fundamentally only changes textures, nothing more.
