объясню популярно:
Заходишь в папку Addons, создаешь там папку с любым названием, в этой самой папке sound, в sound создаёшь папку mods_music, туда закидывай свой трек в формате mp3 или ogg
что б все работало, выключи все моды на музыку, и оставь ток базу (Postal 2 Map Music in Spawn Menu)
если все равно не работает, то в Options будет вкладка этой базы, там выберешь свой трек в выпадающем списке

Если про нижнее сообщение, то в библиотеке по гаррис моду пкм - локальные файлы
и затем в папку garrymod, и в ней эта самая Addons

How to add your own music/music mod?
1. create a mod folder in which there is a folder "sound"
2. In the folder "sound" put the folder "mods_music"
3. In the folder "mods_music" you should put the desired music in any amount.
4. Put it in folder "addons" or Steam Workshop
Here you have created a music mod for this mod! if you put it on Steam then add this mod as required content.

What you said is the old way to add music, here's a new one
So don't mislead people

@Deep into the code Extract this mod then go into the files and replace the current sound file with one of your choosing. Make sure to rename your new sound file to be the same name as the current/old sound file. Also make sure it uses the same file format (i.e. if its an MP3 only use an MP3 file)
