@HolyBacon I'm unsure what you mean. The only mod you will need to make this one function is vermintide mod framework as mentioned in the sidebar of this page here. Make sure that hacks is below that mod in the mod order of your launcher otherwise it wont work.
If I misunderstood your question please elaborate.

@Jean Antoine Sinclair Just checked again but the command works just fine for me. Be aware that using /inn_dmg only works in the keep and you wont be able to take damage if the keep is set to recruit (which it is by default). So you will have to start a game that is of champion difficulty or higher in the keep and then you will be able to take damage from your own weapons or other players.

Got no '/inn_dmg' command, and it was the one I was looking for.
