I know people are tired of hearing this but does it work with CE?

Is there any way to balance this?

For some reason if the efficiency is sub 100% they have a near 0% chance to hit.
But if its over 100% efficiency their accuracy buff becomes several thousands and thats capped at a 100% chance to hit at all ranges.
And its easy to get over 100% efficiency with just a lvl 12 shooter or less

Thanks for the update Zal! Fire Control Computers will be updated properly, but for now it's good to have the continued version.
