Sorry, but no, there isn't. WOTC mods are completely incompatible with vanilla XCOM 2. You'll have to purchase the War of the Chosen DLC if you want to use this armor.

Appreciate the love, but I've never played BOCW, and I'm not familiar with any of the characters/models from the game. Unless I am commissioned to port them over, I will not be working with any armors from the newer CODs on my own time.
