I can provide a few suggestions for Hungary, I think I can even edit their dna and provide historical data for coding (I can not write code properly). Right now there are mostly early game characters for the nation.
If the developers are open to it ofc.
Anyways, this mod is open source. You can make a lite version yourself.

I will recheck"ecchi_leaders_BEL"file soon!
However, while checking the files, I noticed something. When was Theophile Wahis, the Belgian general character, removed? I couldn't find it in the update history, and I don't recognize him as already appearing in the original game like Trotsky or Edison.
If possible, could you tell me the reason for the removal?
mussolini: Italy, 1922.1.1<date<1945.4.28, petty bourgeoisie or armed forces not marginal.
h: Germany, 1923.1.1<date<1945.4.30, rural folk or armed forces not marginal.
Also, at least Leon Trotsky and Nikolai Roerich/Rerikh exist in vanilla.
Though compared to other characters, Paradox said they added the DNA, no character template like the other characters, i tell you this because i have no idea how modding works and what these terms mean
Sorry if i'm being annoying, i'm just making sure there aren't any repeated characters
