I don't plan on doing any other mods like this, and I can't really do too much about the file size without losing quality, if someone else wants to they're free to but it wasn't part of my job.

Sweet Jesus that file size is screaming "crash imminent". Hopefully you or someone else will compress this in the future

Commissioner was fine with it so I kept it as is
