Honestly, I think it's better with the "bug" with the shove grunts. It adds feedback for when you're trying to shove boost holdable objects.

i've been aware of that and it has been on my to-do list for a while, i just never bothered with it because i didn't think it was that much of a priority at the time.

The mod works well, but it interrupts dialogue. Any chance it could be updated to either play alongside dialogue, or not play if the character is speaking?

@hoshi i am really late for this, but use the reroll version. the main talker is prone to crashing.

one of the talker mods,Beel's Fixed and Expanded Talker,its introduction helps me.the crash back to the main menu is the result of reaching soundcache limit,according to the introduction.eventually i had to disable Beel's mod for its 7mb size.as a comparison,ChimiChamo's Talker Things Collection is about 2mb,and Active Talker is 300kb.L4D2 is too old,these three talker mods almost reach the limit,if one more,even Melee Grunts break it.they can't be enabled all together though there aren't conflicts.In conclusion,your mod(or vscript?i cant distinguish) have no issue.

nah you're okay, i understand. yeah big maps with lots of custom content will make the game more prone to crashing, especially if you have tons of other potentially resource-intensive mods.

it all seems to work fine for me, but if enough people report the same issue i might just roll back the update

Generally the big map,you know,those close or more than 1GB,like Dark Wood(Extended) or Mission Improbable.Well,i tried figuring out which mods conflict with this one by disabling all mods,then re-enabled them,the enable list is same before and after disabling,and it worked...for a while.Once I closed and launched the game again,the problem came back.So some shit happen in complex mod enabling environment,I think you can simply ignore me.Whatever,i give this mod a "like"

This mod for some unknown reasons cause you fail to load some custom maps,not crash but suddenly turn back to main menu while loading.I use exclusion method to confirm it,I mean,enable and disable mods one by one

that's weird, it shouldn't happen. the script only takes melee weapons into account, excluding the chainsaw. i tested it recently to double-check and it doesn't seem to be happening to me.

reporting a bug: grunt sounds seem to play when using the chainsaw and killing commons, would it be possible to exclude the chainsaw?
