And the problem comes when we kill the fallen survivor, since by magic, the shader details (the body reflections) return to normal. (Even if we do little damage, you can see the (change) how it goes from looking low to high

But I'm letting you know that I found a problem with this skin that replaces the fallen survivor.
You see, this skin has a problem with the shader details on the body of your Whisper skin.
Apparently, the shader details on the body of your skin (which in this case would be the reflections projected on the body) are bugged.
In the sense that in the game, when we encounter the fallen survivor, the shader details are low (As if we had the option to set the shader details to low). In my case, I have them set to high, but that doesn't resolve the issue. (I even thought it would be some kind of conflict with one of my other mods, but I don't have any conflicts with my other mods.)

It just hit me that this isn't for all the infected. I thought it was, but I don't think so. Do you have a mod that covers the common infected, more accurately the slandered ones?

Is this mod supposes to change the common infected models?(I'm pretty sure it is, but correct me if i'm wrong), Anyway, its not working and I don't know why. I have it enabled, but it only shows the normal infected. Any clue why?

Just tested again with the boxes unticked, barely found any porn games on the store, still found some R18 mods, but not this one. So it's more likely some people just don't tag their work as NSFW so it doesn't gt hidden or Steam itself simply doesn't think they're explicit enough to be auto tagged.

I'll keep screwing with the settings and if it doesn't work still I'm just gonna call support or flat out buy a new computer.

Everytime I tick the boxes and look at either games or mods I still see porn. I'm starting to think this is an issue with my computer, or I'm leaving the Settings tab to quickly for the changes to kick in

When I tested, I couldn't find this mod so it works fine.

Works fine for me, just tested. Go to Settings, Account Details, Store Preferences & just untick these three boxes: Some Nudity or Sexual Content 
Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content 
Adult Only Sexual Content 

Zombie as I said before to someone else, it doesn't work for me and I don't understand why. I've tried it plenty of times in the past and it still doesn't censor NSFW content on both the games tab and the workshop.
