This mod was detected as PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore by my antivirus, and it tried to turn off Windows defender
it seems it contained \2212330\3247397893\Niko.zip->_Niko/characters/Sprites/CheatEngine76.exe
It may be a false positive but i never used cheatengine so i dont know how that file went there. Just reporting this here.

I can’t wait for niko’s full meter attack and he goes “this is my OneShot World Machine Edition” and an orchestral version of Eleventh Hour plays while he proceeds to OneShot all over the place
