Thanks for letting me know, fixed now
1,000 subscribers, that's a lot of people playing, I figured the mod could use a little love. Hope you guys enjoy!
Awesome, thanks for the kind words and I'm glad you are enjoying!
You were right, some decks were missing a card, some decks had 1 too many cards, they are all fixed now. There were only 2 Twin cards in act 2 of Reloaded, let me know if you are seeing a third, shouldn't be happening.
You have always been able to mix and match acts, just click the acts you want on the opening UI setup window. When you don't play a traditional movie then all characters are available for selection. I added an option to make all characters available even if you are playing a movie, per your request.
Thanks for the input and for letting me know about the act decks being off, much appreciated.
Let me know if you come across anything else out of place!
Also, I think it would be good to have an option to mix and match acts (make your story) or an option to have all avatars available for manual setup.
otherwise great mod!
The setup flow should go:
1. Everyone should sit at one of the five colors: red, orange, green, blue, purple
2. Select which acts you want to play and select start on the window
3. Everyone should select a player by pressing the button with the character name or random
4. Depending on if you are playing a movie or a custom setup you may now need to select 4 characters to make up the market
5.Press start
If this doesn't work for you please let me know!
Thanks a lot for helping me with that, I greatly appreciate it!
It looks like the issue is caused by having Mod Caching turned off. I'm going to come up with a way to make this work correctly with Mod Caching off so players aren't forced to turn it on if they don't want to. Hopefully I can get it done today, but shouldn't take me too long!
Sent you a friend request in case you want me to stream the issue via Discord or something!
Yeah, you're right. Its fixed now.
Just pushed an attempted fix, let me know if it works or not!
This bug is so annoying. I can't replicate it on my end so its hard to determine if my changes are an actual fix. I'll look into it again and try to come up with a new solution. Maybe its time to completely rewrite how its done. Thanks for reporting.
I have been experiencing an issue where the Matrix Deck (not the Acts) are being set up in the wrong order; I have noticed this happening both before and after your recent fixes.
Not sure if there's any more you could do to address this bug, but I figured I'd let you know either way! Cheers!
Just put a fix in for the acts stacking out of order. Enjoy!
Thanks for letting me know! I tried every movie and random acts about 4 times each and couldn't replicate that bug on my end. I'm playing with some friends tonight and I'll try to make it happen. Even if I can't replicate it I have an idea on how to fix it that I will push through tomorrow morning.
@RomanQrr @GWGumby
I tried and tried to replicate the acts getting set up out of order but it wasn't happening for me. Did you guys perhaps only play the first day the mod was out, Saturday April 27? I put out a fix for the issue the next day, maybe you just haven't played since? Please let me know if the issue is still happening!
What exactly are the issues with the camera? It's supposed to adjust the camera to the the player selection, then to the Zion selection (if you aren't playing a movie with a preset Zion) then take you to the play area, and should only be moving for seated players. Let me know if it's not behaving this way, or if you just don't like it I can add a way to toggle it off.
Thanks for checking out the mod, hopefully these issues don't stop you guys from trying it again once I have some time to fix some things.
Please keep reporting bugs, I appreciate it!
There were also some cards (not extras) on the top left of the table after setup. Unsure what they were doing there.
1. If you use Ctrl+Z to undo an action, like say a shuffling of extra hero into hero deck, the entire script resets from the beginning before the set up and refuses to start up again.
2. Pressing buttons for custom campaign ended up putting Act 2 and Act 3 cards on top of Act 1.
3. Pressing a Buy button on an empty hero space doesn't refil the space.
4. Doesn't seem to be a way to choose the hero teams that go into the hero deck.
5. Snap-to grid on the solo blue player was broken. The top row of the play area was missing and deck, discard, avatar, and strikes were snapping to the side of the actual space they were supposed to go into.
