Okay that last time i was just insane, and it was in fact a different mod, sorry about that, but actually unholy shop guards spawn as part of holy nation shops with robotic limbs. I checked in FCS they have the limbs from your mod and spawn in HN squads!

Also shop guards only they fight petty thiefs i think they could do without robot limbs...

Just double checked. The vanilla HN wandering trader does not have robot limbs in my mod, and his guards have been replaced by special no robot limbs variant.

So either you have another mod adding robot limbs to him, or another mod reusing a non-HN character and using them as a HN trader.

@Shidan well i don't know about that. I just encountered a holy nation wandering trader with a robot leg. He isn't getting attacked, because he is in the faction, but it looks very weird... maybe some mod reused a character type for their custom holy nation squad, but it would be nice of you to check. Please.

Robot limbs are not distributed to the vast majority of HN territory characters, except for the odd already hostile one like certain bandits. Anyone supposed to coexist with the HN doesn't get them.

Now, if some other mod adds some characters to HN areas that I added limbs to, that would indeed result in issues. But nothing I can do in advance about that, would just have to make a patch.

Won't this cause a problem with the Holy Nation attacking characters with robotic limbs?

ah ok then, I just thought there were none. It must be the odds then cuz I had like 4 people out of whole pack with broken robot legs and yeah this is the only mod that adds them in my game

It does add repair kits to NPCs, just not all of them. Common repair kits would be incredibly unbalanced, and I can't limit how often they spawn on a type of character, so it's they either always spawn one or never do.

So I added them to notably skilled/wealthy characters that can have robot limbs, and squad leaders/bosses for most other cases. Some groups don't have good characters for the role, and don't get any, which is fine imo. Not everyone should be able to patch up robotic limbs, just like not everyone has med kits in vanilla.

As a side note, are you sure you don't have another mod adding robot limbs to NPCs? Hounds have a very low chance of even having them, 3%. Half of them having them would be crazy odds unless you have another mod that was handing them out far more frequently.

hey, so just wanted to say that this absolutely NEEDS AN UPDATE.
The idea is cool and all, but it seems that this mod doesn't add repair packs to npcs with robot limbs, making them unable to heal themselves when hurt.
Just realised that I've got half of my hounds reinforcements permanently handicapped after last fight because of this, making me run to city to buy some repairs for them
