As im currently in the final stages of a course project and almost have 0 interest in playing wh3, i'm not really able to update it atm. Might update it next week tho.

I now get a crash when I try to load the game with this mod

Hope its an easy fix. This mod makes me enjoy cathay so much more

Hey wonderful modder. Would it be possible to give those units the new rifle banner that was added with the Thrones of Decay so its easier to differentiate them from other gunpowder units?

I echo the Jade version! I tend to run most of my playthrough on the back on the jade army and would love to have a simple handgunners version to go with the vibe

Thank you so much, you wont believe how long I have scoured through the workshop for a simple mod like this one. Cathayan handgunners. Without any weird bells and whistles but with actually cathayan looking guns. And not part of a 30+ unit pack from some random chinese modder with no translation. (nothing against Chinese modders you guys are crazy competent)

My one request would be to make it also recruitable for allies. Currently that does not appear to be possible (or I am too stupid to see them)

Saaame, cant play with any mod that uses screenshots for the icons/unit cards.

Love little mods like this. Have an award for the good unit card too. That's the only time I'll download a unit mod is if they have a good card. I'm too OCD for it otherwise

Appreciate all the work you have done Orendiz. You do not know how hard it is to find a mod that just focuses on a single Cathay unit as opposed to downloading unit packs which have units you do not want to use.

Thanks! I love your other Cathay units, particularly the peasant ones, but it is also nice to have professional handgunners for Cathay :)
