This is going to be an amazing addition when playing as Grom The Paunch. Build a new Empire with Steam Tanks from his old capital. Hell with the change capitals mods might as well make it his home as it used to be.

It "should" be save game compatible since we are talking about a simple unit mod, but In my opinion you should avoid adding any kind of new mod to an ongoing save file: the risk of borking said save file and losing your campaign progress is just not worth it.
And no, the units featured in this mod don't have caps.

Eh, I don't know about that.
Aside from a few exceptions I feel like RoR units should always be somewhat unique rather than be a carbon copy of a normal unit, it would probably be better to just make two new RoR variants at that point.
Theoretically there is also the possibility to make a custom recruitment pool for Looted units but that's a completely different can of worms that I have never opened before.

I really wish there was some other way to recruit these, in addition to Nuln. I'd prefer to have one or both variants as an RoR but then be able to recruit uncapped amounts if you control Nuln. Just so that I can use them without invading Empire necessarily.

I dont find the chonky gobbos from the looted gunz mod a problem, hell i like to think of the chonky gobbos as gobbos who got lazy and fat after conquering dwarf holds

I sure do appreciate your support but making my best impression of an Orc Warboss and tell people to "SOD OFF!" isn't exactly in my nature and on top of that my intimidation rolls are generally abysmal anyway .
Plus, I'm always doing what I want to do and what I like to make, otherwise I would have quit a long time ago.

Tell them to fuck off and shove it up their asses. DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. Anyone tells you otherwise or doesn't like it, tell them to piss off. It's something I've learned from modding years ago. I don't give a shit what people think if it's negative, I do what I want to do and what makes me happy to mod.

Technically I should have ported my Looted Dwarf Cannons from Warhammer 2 already but people (me included) don't particularly like the ridiculous chonky Goblins.
I'll still need those fellas for the Looted stuff I'm going to make with Thrones so I might end up just sneaking them in the next (and possibly last) Looted mod.
Frankly, the backlash I got through the whole Looted series is not exactly something I'm particularly fond of.
I do still have fun while making custom Looted models and I'm always glad that I can make happy those few people who genuinely like the series but after posting I always tend to get in a grumpy mood.

No, I'm not really inclined to do that.
This is more like a "reward unit" than anything so it should only be unlocked after getting Nuln and building the landmark.
Unlocking this unit through Greenskins' core buildings would surely make it more accessible for the players and less tedious to achieve for factions that are positioned far from Nuln, but the same would apply to Greenskins' AI.
I also suspect that giving such an easy access for a juiced up steam tank to Greenskins' AI would probably obliterate all of those factions that are already struggling against vanilla Greenskins by mid/late game (I'm just assuming here since I rarely even play campaign aside from when I have to test campaign stuff, so I'm not exactly a campaign expert...or a WH3 expert for what it's worth ).

Is there any chance we could get a version recruitable from the same building as Pump Wagons? If not, still, great work, I love your stuff!!
