I'm not trying to change the way it works, just trying to understand how it works.
I think I get it now; Left 4 Dead 2 campaigns use the Karelia skin, Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns use the Mal0 skin, except The Sacrifice which uses the Beast Darling skin.

Is that all correct?

If this is what you are talking about, No. this is simply a random summon of 3 skins, not something you can decide at will.

If you only want one of these three, I recommend that you do not subscribe to this addon and use only one of the three listed in the source.

The models are fixed, so only the tank skins selected for the chapter appear regularly.

There is no way to switch. If you want these 3 skins to come out randomly, I recommend using this script.

I'm a bit confused; does this mod include a way to switch the tank between these three, or only Mal0?
