Open Cheat Menu due to the character interaction or the decision, than find a decision "Government Cheats" and activate it. It's unlucks you a several decisions in debug decisions category - two of them is convert your WHOLE realm (counties, characters, vassals) to your religion and culture

Если разберусь по какому алгоритму сможет работать смена возраста - внесу в мод

@Anti4iteR в описании написано есть. Но через консоль можно, вообщем разобралась, через чит энджин можно включать debug mode без потери достижений

Такого функционала нет в моде. Вроде даже через консоль нельзя возраст менять, но могу ошибаться - не проверял лично
