it allows you to assign mapmarkers to npcs and custom fast travel locations so yau can fast travel directly to your player homes or anything else you choose

I have seen this mod on youtube and i was really exited to use it, but does it need SKSE or SkyUi (Like all of your other mods)?

All of your mods are simply awesome Sir, and I mean that seriously. Your positioner is a MUST for anyone like me, who details their homes for hours on end. That said, I cant think of any good reason not to include an explanation of what your map mod does. Im not installing anything that I do not fully understand, or know what to expect. Please explain a bit, if you would be so kind. Thanks in advance.
